Final Submission Guidelines

Guidelines for final camera-ready paper submission 
The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera ready paper before it can be published in ICWiSE 2016 conference proceedings.
In order for your paper to be successfully included in ICWiSE 2016 conference proceeding, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:


Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template. The length of final paper should be no more than 6 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables and references. Please make sure that your final camera ready paper
– DOES NOT include page number, header and footer.
– INCLUDE all authors name and affiliation.


Step 2. Your final paper must be converted to PDF format using using  39480X as Conference ID (if this is your 1st time using PDF-Express, you can follow the step by step instructions here ).
Please upload the PDF file by clicking the Final Manuscript icon on EDAS system.

Step 3.  To be published in the ICWiSE 2016 Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper. Please be advised that in-case more than one author would like to attend, EACH author is required to pay the conference fee.

Step 4. You are also required to sign and complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Transfer Form (eCF). To do so, choose ‘My Papers’ tab in EDAS system and click the ‘Copyright’ column of your paper. Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper to be excluded from the conference proceeding.
